my lower right was shrunken than left resulting in teeth being tiny could anything be done

Q. I have just had a 3 unit bridge fitted in lower left of mouth and 1 implant and 3unit bridge in lower right of mouth. my lower right was more shrunken than left,resulting in teeth being tiny on right side compared to large on left. could anything else have been done in this situation. also i can get my nail behind bridge where it meets gums,is this right. thank you

A. Hello It might be that the teeth are smaller to reduce the pressure on the implant. As for the gap I would wait for a few weeks as the gum does settle into position if not ask your dentist to take a look
