Q. Hi Dr, I had braces when i was a teenager so my teeth are even…but the shape of my gum line is quite pointed which makes it look like my teeth are still sticking out. I am currently living in Canada and consultations are expensive – so I was wondering if you could suggest any cosmetic surgery that may be effective? My two front teeth are longer than the ones either side which i am also conscious of. Thanks for your help!
A. I’m unsue what you mean when you say that your gum line is ‘pointed’
Ideally, you need to see a cosmetic dentist in person to discuss all of your options. I understand that there may be a charge, but I’m sure if you decide to go for the treatment, then the cost of the initial consultation can be waivered- enquire about this. good luck.
