My denture keeps falling out. Can it be tightened?

Q. Ive been wearing an upper denture for around 4 years,but at the moment it feels very loose and comes out in most embarrassing situations,cand it be tightened as id call it by my dentist..,
A. You could try to have the denture relined, if this doesn’t help then you would require a new denture. Your other option is to have dental implants placed to stabilise your denture.
