A. It depends how old she is. If she is over 16, she may be eligible for an implant. You need to go and see an implant dentist to find out whether it is feasible. If she is not yet old enough then a maryland bridge could be placed until she is. This type of bridge is not the strongest type of bridge but it is least destructive to the teeth on either side so that when it is time for the implant the adjacent teeth will be left healthy
