My crown is still feeling unnatural after two months. Is this normal?

Q. Hello Doctor, Tooth number 13 had some decay which caused it to crack and lose structure. A local dentist had performed a post and crown procedure. Problem is that the crown still feels unnatural after nearly 2 months. Cosmetically it looks great, however I can feel it rub on the inside of my cheek and is very distracting. Is this considered normal?,
A. Most people would adapt to new shape by now. However If you are happy with the shape, review the problem in a few months , a radiograph ( x-ray) of the root may help to decide if further treatment is needed. Regards Rob
