My bottom tooth has moved forward will the ortho be able to fix without braces

Q. I’m 17 years old, I got my braces off two-three years ago. I have a perment retainer on my bottom and a retainer I wear at night for my top. A friend pointed out to me that my bottom tooth (on the right side of my two front ones) has moved foward and slightly to the left. Will the ortho be able to fix this without putting braces back on? Will it cost more money?

A. You need to get the retainer checked to see if its broken, that might be why the teeth have moved. If the movement is only small it maybe possible to correct it with a simple aligner rather than another fixed brace
