My bottom teeth have black lines randomly across the inside what is this?

Q. My gums started bleeding recently when i brushed my teeth, so i started using a mouthwash specially for gingivitus and thankfully it stopped. However when i looked closly at my bottom teeth in the mirror earlier i noticed they have black lines randomly across the inside. They look like lots of little thunderbugs. Theyre only on my molar and bicuspid teeth (think thats what theyre called) There arent any marks on the front or back of the teeth, just the top. What is this??

A. I guess this is just stain in the pits and fissures of the back teeth, if you used corsodyl mouthwash, this can cause tooth staining. I would check things with your dentist and see the Hygienist to give them a good clean

Corsodyl Mouthwash yes it has stopped my gums been iritated..but i got some black stains at the bottom of my gum line and was worried.. so i went to the dentist….. At this point i did not know and thought the worst… but it turns out as much as this mouthwash is good… it has other downfalls in staining teeth. also had white residue on my gums in the morning which looks like thin wafer skin…. id recommend only once a day not twice but dilute it by half with water .. dont take it neat !!
