you have something called a class III bite and this is quite complex to correct. It also sounds like you have an anterior open bite. I recommend that you book in with your dentist and ask him for a referral to the relevant practitioner to see what can be done for you. However you should be aware that this may involve jaw repositioning surgery and is something that you should research in depth before going forward to see if it is right for you.
