hi there, please please help me , i was seen as a child back in 1999 by orthodontics in grays inn road,st pancreas, but due to my mothers poor health could not continue treatment. i am now 24 and my teeth are affecting my whole life. i have many baby teeth still and gaps at the top and the bottom. my aligment is off centre, i try my very best to look after my teeth bu brushing twicw a day everyday, butcannot help them collapsing. i have been to me dentist on many occassions but do not get the help and support i am in need of. i think veneers is my only option, if this was the case, would i be able to pay monthly as they are so expensive???? i really don’t know how much more i can take of this, i am a pretty girl apart from my teeth, they are the most important thing and they are by far my worst asset. please if you could could help it would chaqnge my life, and for the first time in my adult life i might be able to smile in photograph, this may sound silly but i am becoming jealous and i hate to be like this, i just need to know where to get the help i need. i hear some dentist like to hear from special cases and sometimes like to help, and build there portfolio of there good work! please please help me i am 24, and prepared for anything it takes to gain a nice smile………… thank you for taking the time to read this michelle

I have a big problem with my teeth from eating to socialising to finding work. i fell off my mountain bike a few years ago not to long b4 my orthodontist appointment and i was lucky to not break my jaw or my teeth,after the xray the orthodontist said if i get a brace theres a chance my teeth will snap due to the week bone from when i fell off my bike, i then gave up. Im on incapacity benefit and was wondering if i can get cosmetic surgery and pay weekly or monthly,i would like to find work as soon as i get my teeth fixed but id happily pay half my wages through this life and the next if i could have a bite a laugh and a smile,and the ability to talk without putting my hand infront of my mouth

I am sure there are things you can have done cosmetic treatment can be pit on finace so you can pay it off over a longer period providing you or your mum qualify for finace. The other option is you go to a teaching dental hospital to have treatment.

Hi there, Just wanting a little more information, I have always hated my teeth and I just got refused a job because my teeth arent straight. I have anunder bite and my two front teeth stick out slightly. My bottom two frontteeth dig into my upper gum behind my front two teeth causing it to bleed most days. Its really uncomfortable.
