My 5 yr old daughter had a filling and is it a problem having injection that make the gum numb
Q. My daughter is 5 and had a filling i dint know that at the age of 5 you could have an injection that makes the gums numb is that ok at her age thanks
A. Yes this would not be a problem

How long should gum hurt after getting filling, gum was numb during filling?
Why do dentists numb a tooth and the surrounding area if the tooth is dead, surely I wouldn’t feel anything?
The surrounding bone is alive and can hurt if not numb. However it isnt always needed if the bone is not being affected.
