my 3 yr old just had 6 teeth taken out now and her gums are still very sore is this normal?
Q. My 3 yr old just had 6 teeth taken out at the hospital.wen i got home i looked at the teeth & they had proper roots like adult teeth,is this normal?Its been 6 days now & her gums are stil very sore.
A. A child of 3 will have fully developed teeth, the roots only dissolve when the teth are ready to come out naturally aged 8-12. Consequently the gums will be very sore for 2-3 weks after the extractions
