Q. My son is 3 years old and his frontt top tooth is wobbling very badly. i dont want him to lose the tee.th because he is only 3 year. any help

A. If he has had a knock on the tooth it might come out earlier than normal. Unfortunatley there isn’t anything you can do, but it might tighten up

hi my son is 3 and he fell tripped landed funny and ended up knocking out both his 2 front top teeth with the root, i understand what your saying that you dont him to lose his tooth but there is help out there for you if you research it, the nhs and dentists where i lived wouldnt do anything for him he cryed for days wanting his teeth back it broke my heart seeing him cry, he had the fall on a friday night by saturday morning i was well aware of what help he could get and by monday morning i was booked in to an orthadontist, in the usa u can get things called pedo-partial for young children, it consists of 1 or 2 front fake baby teeth on a wire that clip to the back teeth, in the uk some dentists had no idea what i was on about, but after goin through my lists i finally found 1 that would give it ago and they did a excellent job cost abit but it was all worth it as his speech was slurry and we could hardly understand him hes now got the teeth but has regular checks ups to see how things are, the orthadontist is actually using him as a case study for there presentation as he is the only child and youngest they have ever done anything like this on, however i did email a lab in the usa who could have done this pedo-partial for me for alot cheaper but they wouldnt be able to do any after care or check ups. hope your son is doing ok

Hi Kelly
My son had a fall on Saturday which knocked out his 4 top front teeth he is 33 months old. I dont want this to effect his speech as he is still only learning and like you I have looked all over the internet and found something called pedo-partial, I have yet to find somewhere in the UK that do these, lots of places in the USA do them, it would be great if I could get some information off you, seeing your comment has given me a little more confidence to not give up and keep trying.
Thank you

I have 2 children 14 & 8 and would like to get thier teeth in order . Can you please let me which is the best treatment in braces ? They don’t have gaps it is just to put the teeth in order. How many visits are required during the treatment and how long will be the treatment. How much will it cost ?

The best braces are the ones that will not only straighten their teeth but also help support their long-term facial profile. I believe these are self-ligating versions where in the right cases teeth extractions can be avoided. A consultation would be required to assess their suitability. Hope this helps.
