Ive a extra teeth growing back of my mouth is there anything you can suggest?

Q. Ive recently been to my dentist and asked if there is anyway he could help fix my teeth as they are crooked at the front and i also have extra ones growing at the back of my mouth which is not helping. i explained to him that i feel very self conciuos about my smile. he told me theres nothing he can do. is there anything you can suggest?

A. I’m surprised by that, there is always something unless it is a financial issue?
maybe find another dentist for a 2nd opinion?
