It started of as an abscess and now my bottom front teeth all feel loose. How can I save them?

Q. this started as an absese on the bottom front gum. Now my 4 bottom front teeth are all loose. How can i save them,

A. treat the cause of the abscess then assess the residual support to see what the chance of saving the teeth in the longer term might be.
