Is there anything that can be done to improve the appearance of receding gums?

Q. Hiya, I have receding gums. Is there anything that can be done to improve the appearance of receding gums and to stop the sensitivity that it causes? Kind regards.,
A. White fillings can be placed on the roots to stop the sensitivity or gum grafts can be used to improve the appearance
