Is there any surgery available to have the gaps in my front teeth closed?

Q. I have perfectly healthy teeth, but was always told by dentists that my top layer would gradually close and have less gaps, they are not huge gaps but enough to be noticed and get me down. I am now nearly 22 and feel these gaps will now never close. Is there any surgery i can get to close these front 4 top teeth, or what is the best option? :),
A. Options to close gaps are 1. Veneers, When done well these are predictable and look good. Ultrathin Veneers like Lumineers need no preparation (drilling of the tooth) cost £600-800 per tooth probably need 6 teeth to make the teeth even sizes. 2. Cosmetic bonding ( filling) no tooth preparation needed, average life 2-5yrs. costs (£100-200 per tooth) 3. Orthodontics various systems including clear positioners that dont look like braces, such as Clearstep or Invisalign. Costs about £3000 for one arch. Others like inman aligners will achieve some movement of the front teeth only at lower costs. StJohns Dental practice in Birmingham is 1 minute from New Street station. We offer a free initial consultation for cosmetic cases. Call Amy on 0121 643 0610 for details or follow the weblink from CDG. Rob

I suggest you go to a different Orthodontist and get a second opinion just for peace of mind. I they give you the same treatment plan, than i think you might be on the right track.
