Q. I am an old ortho patient and i lost my retainers over 3 yrs ago..i was not a server ortho case..just closing up my gap on my upper teeth..i had the braces for six months and then a retainer. Well since the 3 yrs with out a retainer my teeth are starting to gap again and i want to know if there was something i could do to reclose my gaps with out having to go thru braces again and moreafforable the invisalign?,
