is there a procedure which can push the whole row of teeth forward and to give a bigger smile

Q. Dear Dr Patel I am a 26 year old male and as a child i had quite a lot of orthodontic work, although my teeth are healthy and relatively straight now my concern is that my smile is very small if that makes sense. By this i mean that when i talk or give a small smile my teeth arent really visable. An attractive smile to me is one where you can see lots of (straight) teeth. My question is, is there a procedure which can push the whole row of teeth forward and out to give a bigger smile? And if so what would the procedure involve i.e braces, veneers, surgery etc (obviously the less invasive the more appealing? Many thanks

A. There are a lot of options available to you however I would really need to assess your teeth before I can give you exact options.  I think orthodontics would be the first part of treatment and then either tooth material can be added to your teeth or porcelain veneers to give you a better smile.
