Is the tooth movement affected if the tooth is restored?

Q. I started with my orthodontic treatment a week before and my upper two teeth have been extracted. now, adjacent to the extracted teeth on the proximal surface of premolar, I noticed a cavity, which is not approaching occlusal surface. I don’t have any sensitivity or pain. will my treatment be affected now? does tooth movement get affected if tooth is restored.?,
A. I am sure you dentist is aware of this, it may just be staining. It won’t affect your treatment.
