Is its possible to fix braces on my front teeth which are pushed together?
Q. Hi im 24 years old,Im a very nervous patient, after 16 years i went to the dentist and i found out i need 9 extractions, top 5 4 4 6 7, bottom 7 6 5 7. My front teeth on the top are a bit pushed together, i was wondering if its possible to fix braces on them now that im gonna have all that missing teeth. Also on the bottom jaw my front teeth are nice and straight, is it possible to fix something to retain their position, so they wont move to close the gaps. (i know dental implants could be perfect to replace missing tooth, but due to my financial situation and my phobia its not possible for me) thank you for your help

You may be able to find a local practice that offers a free initial consultation, so that you can gain a professional opinion without financial loss. I feel that although Orthodontics are used to close gaps, there are limits as to how much space your teeth would fill and how far they can be moved.
