If it is illegal for anyone not qualified as a dentist to carry out tooth whitening procedures, how is it that so many beauty salons offer laser tooth whitening? I have also found courses available to non dentists offering traing in laser tooth whitening? So is it illegal for a non dentist to carry out these procedures or not?,
