Is grafting of the gum recommended when there is invasion of the biological width at one tooth

Q. Dear Dr. Bohara, The dentist put just one crown from 22 to 27(fixed bridge). I was expecting six single crowns. He says is better like that without explaining. When is this kind of solution used ? 2. Is grafting of the gum recommended when there is “invasion of the biological width” at one tooth ? Can the pain in this tooth be explained by this retraction of the gum (the tooth had root canal done and the dentist who did it says everything is ok)? 3. When do you expect will see the first new grown teeth ? Five, ten years from now ? Thank you very much for your time. I am very impressed that you look so young and have such a curriculum vitae !

A. 1. unfortunatey i  could not answer this without looking at the mouth.
2. if there is invasion of the biological width, the cause of this has to be determined first and then treated.
3. again difficult to say without looking at the mouth.
4. unfortunately i do no know when the first new grown teeth will be used. i do still think there is a long way to go.
