I’m confused, what should I do – one dentist says I need a bone graft before an implant but another doesn’t?

Q.
i have seen 2 dentists which do implants 1 thinks i need abone graft the other says i don,t little bit confused can you help

Bone grafting is when there is lack of bone. Lack of bone can be assessed by palpation, probing or a Ct scan. Most anterior cases do require a bone graft
