Q. Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to somehow ‘file’ down my two front teeth by about 1mm as they are not really inline with the rest? if this is possible then presumably it would be one of the more cheaper options? Could you give me an idea of rough price please? Thanks in advance

It is possible to recontour teeth the is a risk of sensitivity afterwards and the possibility you wont like the result or creating an unstable bite so photos study casts and simulation is all relevant before taking irreversible action. Is it possible to file teeth without damaging the internal parts of the tooth or the enamel? My canine teeth are approx 3mm too long and I would like them filed back. I have always been very self conscious about this and consequently would like to do something about it. If this is possible, what sort of costs are involved? And how long might the procedure take? It could be filed back maybe 2-3 mm, it shouldn’t be painful and the cost should be minimal
I find my front teeth too large and wide, I wore braces a few years ago for 18 months which straightened my teeth and created more room in my mouth but I still feel my teeth are unsightly and I am uncomfortable with my smile. Its as if my front teeth are out of proportion with the rest of my smile as they are much longer than the rest of my teeth. Is there any way I can make my front teeth smaller and more even?
