Q. Hello Mr Solanki, I do hope that you can help me. I have my 40th birthday in june this year and would so like to be smiling for my pictures. I have protruding front teeth and would like cosmetic makeover smile. I do know i will not be able to get finance for this but is there any other way i can do this. May be start paying monthly until i have the full payment even though i would like to have it done by June. Could you be so kind and help me get some confidence please many thanks.
