I wold like my front teeth to be centralised again which would be a appropriate technique

Q. Dear Dr Andrew I had a plastic brace which fit into the roof of my mouth as a child and then metal ones as well as an extraction in the upper set of teeth to make space. The extraction has caused my front teeth to move to the left. Ever since my wisdom teeth came out,- a couple of which were impacted, both upper and lower sets of my teeth are bunched up and misaligned. I would like my front teeth to be centralised again. Which would be the most appropriate technique to opt for when seeing a private orthodontic?

A. It sounds like a fixed brace perhaps with white brackets this time would be good. Invisalign might be a problem if the centre line of your teeth needs correction
