I will not be able to be fitted for dentures due to the excessive bone loss

Q. I am 48 years old, and have been progressively losing my bottom teeth. I have been examined by a total of six dentist, who claim that it is a combination of genetics and environment. According to these dentist, I will not be able to be fitted for dentures due to the excessive bone loss. Dentures are the only affordable option for me, as I do not have any health insurance at the moment. I am presently a college student, and soon will need to go out for an internship position, but I will not be able to due to my oral situation.

A.

I think  I may be missing some piece of information here. If cost is the issue then dentures are likely to be your only choice. If there is excessive bone loss it will make the dentures less successful.
In some cases bone grafts can be used to increase the bone volume, but it is an additional cost and variable in success.
If going to the trouble of bone grafting it would be more normal to place 2 dental implants to help support the denture
