I recently had two small fillings behind my front ive now got constant pain

Q. I recently had two small fillings behind my front tooth, after the injection wore off my teeth where extemely sensitive, then it stopped. For nearly a week now iv had tooth ache, but the pain has changed now though its continuous and my top teeth (next to the tooth I had filled) feel loose could this be due to the work I had done?

A. Having a filling on a tooth cannot make the teeth next to them loose.

The sensitivity on this tooth may be due to the filling being too high and is interferring with your bite. Int his case i would ask your dentist to adjust it for you. Another scenario maybe that the filling was very deep (due to the decay in the tooth being very deep) and has touched the nerve and now requires a root canal treatment.
