Hello Dr Moore, I really hope you can help me, I have gaps in my upper top teeth and I really want to close them. I need some advice on what to do to get them closed. I really hate my teeth and it’s always knocked my confidence. I also have a slight overbite which I hate, and the gap is fairly big between my top teeth. I would love cosmetic surgery as I feel that I am too old for braces and I want a fast result. I have no confidence when I smile because of the gap between teeth and I really want it closed. It would make me so much happier. My gums are very exposed to so I have a gummy smile. Thank you for your consideration. Please help me!!

Hello, I’m sorry your teeth have affected your confidence in such a way. If you really don’t feel braces will work for you then veneers might be your best option as these are quicker and won’t involve brace work, if you’re a suitable candidate for this type of treatment. Thanks, Dr Andrew Moore.
