Q. All my teeth are messed-up I’m not an ugly person but my teeth make me feel that way anyways I need to know what the differance between implants and bridge work? what is the price differance? how long are you down for after each procedure?
A. Implants are titanium rods placed in the bone to replace missing teeth. Bridges are attached to the adjacent teeth using crowns to replace the missing tooth. As a rule implants are more expensive but don’t involve drilling down the adjacent teeth. The implant also stimulates the bone reducing later bone shrinkage.Implants take longer to complete in most circumstances
