Q. Hi, I have a gap at the side of my mouth and when i smile you can see it. My Nhs doctor told me a few years ago that it needed to come out as my adult tooth needed to come through. 6 years later i am 23 and still no tooth has come through. I need something to be placed there but not sure on what i need. any help would be grateful. Also i have 2 fangs and a gap on my top teeth which i would like something done about. Can you suggest anything please. I would be looking at monthly plans if possible.
