I’m thinking of having implants for my top front 4 teeth and 2 teeth at the back on both sides of my uppers
Q. Hi I’m thinking of having implants for my top front 4 teeth and 2 teeth at the back on both sides of my uppers.I have dentures now, i want to ask do you have the top denture cut down or do you still have the upper denture covering the roof the mouth. I dislike my denture on the roof of my mounth because. 1.carn’t taste my food 2.new dentures ok but after 12 months there is a slight wobble. 3.find i carn’t pronounce words correctly -very annoying. 4.lack of confidence because i know they have sight movement. 5. When i sing or laugh out loud they move..Will implants all stop this. I will await your reply. Many Thanks
A. Hello
Implants will solve these problems if you opt for fixed teeth on top of the implants. this way there will be no coverage of the roof of the mouth and the teeth will be firmly anchored in place. I would seek advice fro a dentist with experience of implant dentistry for a full treatment plan. If you are in my area I would be happy to take a look for you
