I’m having several problems with my implants, can I get them re-fitted without ruining them and the bone underneath?

Q. hi dr moore, i have a question. i had 2 implants done a few years back to replace my front teeth.. the first implant went in fine but the second one took less thn half the time and felt like it had snapd my bone, i askd him if everything went ok and he said it was fine.. a few weeks went by and i started gettin a grinding snaping feeling and sound in my mouth like the bone had somehow snapd, i talkd to the dentist about this and he said it was the implants rubbing against my other teeth, which sounds odd to me.. could tht be true? and how can i fix this? also another question, when i had the teeth fitted he put the teeth in the way round, as in the left was where the right should be.. can i get them removed and fitted again without ruining the implants and maybe my bone too? thanks for your time in answering these questions it would mean alot to finally fix my teeth problems, thanks again.,
A. It sounds like the problems are related to the new crowns on implants so replacement of these shouldn’t be effect whats underneath
