Q. I am 20 yrs old. I have a serious dental problem which prevents me from smiling and even talking well. I have a protusion of my upper teeth over the lower teeth and some of my lower teeth have risen higher than the other lower ones. I believe this occured because used to thumb suck when I was young. What can be done to correct this, how long could it possibly take to totally correct it. and how costly might it be. Thanks,
