I have nerve damage because of implants, what do you suggest I do?

Q. I have nerve damage as a result of lower molar dental implants – numbnes and itching of the lip and chin. The implants were done 5 months ago,and removed the following week because of acute pain. They have tried lyrica and tegretol unsuccessfully. What do you recommend ?,
A. If the nerve is partially damaged it can take up to 12 months to regain any feeling. If no feeling has returned after 12 months I would recomend a consultation with Specialist Oral Surgeon.
