I have dentures on my top teeth and my bottom teeth are in bad condition, do I qualify for caps on the NHS?

I have a full set of dentures on my top and my bottom teeth are not in very good condition do i qualify for caps on the nhs i am only 25 and i had my dentures fitted after i had my little boy 6 years ago. thanks
