I have crowded lower teeth and protruding front teeth causing speech problems

Q. Hi, Im 29 years of age and should of had a brace when i was 18 but i stupidly didnt. I now have speech problems, my lower front teeth are crowded and one of my upper front teeth is protruding. My teeth and gums are healthy in general. Could these problems be corrected with crowns , bridges and veneers without having to wear a brace? thanks

A. This depends on the degree of crowding. It would normally entail drilling down healthy teeth as well. Maybe you should consider an invisable brace such as Invisalign or the Inman Aligner can be very good for mild crowding in adults

let me know if I can be of any further help
