I have braces but I don’t think they are working, can I get Dental Implants?

Dear Dr Rob,

I am an 18 years old girl, and i have been wearing braces for about 18 months now. I feel like the gaps between my teeth are not closing, would you advise me to do an implant on my top front teeth to close the gaps and have a better smile.

It would not be the usual solution, I would recommend a second opinion from another orthodontist first.
