Q. I have a double bridge which needs replacing (according to my dentist). I have been sent to an implant specialist (I have already had an implant in another area) and have been told that not only will I have to be without the four teeth for 6 months (for gum reconstruction) but I will need 3 adjacent implants for these 4 teeth. Would you think it really necessary for me to need 3 implants? I only want it to look as it is now.,
