I have been experiencing a snapping sound since my implants were fitted. Is my bone fractured?

Q. hi, i had 2 implants done to replace my front teeth, one implant took a good min or 2 to put in while the other went in in seconds.. since this ive been getting a snaping grinding feeling around one implant.. is my bone fractured? and if so can i fix this? thx for your help,
A. I would advise you return to whoever did the implants so they can check
