i have a gap between my two front teeth i think veneers would be best what do u think

Q. Hi , i have a large gap between my tow front teeth i also have a small tooth, looks like a baby tooth on the left side of my fron teeth and another gap on the left. I really hate my teeth and it shatters my confidene completly. I am only 17 and i do not think braces are the way forward for me for teenage life, i think veneers would be best. What do you think? Do you know if i would go the nhs way or would i be going to a clinic? Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks

A. Veneers are not ideal on baby teeth. You need to discuss this with your dentista= and the long term options available.
To fill the gap at the front though, orthodontics is the best option- but as you have stressed that you don’t want to go down this route, then veneers for them is probably the nest best thing to improving them. I strongly advise that you see a cosmetic dentist for the treatment. I doubt however that the NHS will provide you with veneers as they are classed as cosmetic reasons.
Goos luck and I recommend a consultaion with your dentist to talk through your options.
