I fell and broken my two front teeth. What should I do?

I have recently had avery bad fall.cracked my face full on the concrete.Broke two of my front teeth.Im absolutely devastated.Please tell me what the best treatment is for me.I just want to have my teeth to look like they always have.thankyou

If the roots of teeth are still sound then you could consider white fillings, veneers or crowns. If the roots are broken then you may need to consider removing the teeth and using dental implants to restore the teeth
