Q. im a 42 year old female with very poor teeth. they r getting very loose all over i can feel thm shaky and i cant remember ever in my life being confident to show them off. im ashamed of thm and it gets me down constantly. i consider myself to be attractive apart from the teeth which i cover up with my hands when having a laugh etc. my boss at work tells me tht i dont have to have thm all removed and replace with falsies. this is wot i think ismy only option now. if i ever want to gain confidence in my apperance. i have totell u tht at the back of my mouth is like a derlict building with my teeth thru the years decaying etc. i had a crown fitted almost 16 years ago when pregnant with my daughter. it was at front next to my eye tooth. i had it 13 years until it fell out and i had tht replaced again but swallowed it by mistake and just never went bk to my own dentist again. the reason for this was because she was never very sympathetic with me and i felt i couldnt approach her or ask her advice. and if i was to be total honest with u i hated going to the dentist. lol. im regreting now thti didnt look after them and lay off the fizzy juice and sweets. its my dream to have a nice smile. is tht possible? id appreciate ur honesty even if its not wot i wanted to hear. lol. please can u advise me on which route i shld take. thank u x,
