I can’t clean the gums in between my veneers, will this lead to problems?

Q.
Hi there,

I had veneers done in spain around 6 years ago and they were done on one plate so all four front veneers are as one and I can’t clean the gums in between – do you think this will lead to problems, it already seems to be as the gums are bleeding and slightly receeding but my question is – should I get all four replaced and if so, what would that likely cost? I am worried I will just face many problems and they are the four front ones so its important they look good too 🙁 can you give me some impartial advice. Does it work to have them all on one plate – if there are already problems will I need to replace them??

thank you in advance!

A.
Hi, thanks for your question. It’s not normal for veneers to be made together, it sounds like they will need replacing as the gum can become infected in the gaps between the teeth. Veneers will cost in the region of from £500 per tooth
