I am having trouble with one of my new implants. Can I have it replaced?

Q. I have had 2 implants done, one on each side of my mouth. One looks fantastic and fits perfectly but the other looks false and does not fit into my gum like the otherside (i was told the reason is the gap was too small). Is it possible to have it removed and a new tooth fitted to the already existing implant?,
A. It would depend on the position of the implant. The gap shouldn’t really effect the crown. Go back to your dentist and take it up with him, he could try a new crown.
