I am 24, should I have two old baby teeth I have removed?

I am wanting my teeth whitened i have had it done before with bad results. Also i still have two baby teeth which are my upper fangs, my dentist says they will just fall out my smile looks fine but my baby teeth annoy me could i have something done with them i am 24 years of age now and looking at veneers??? the teeth are all straight the gum is just coming away from the baby teeth look’s like it need’s filling in.
