How would I go about getting my rotten teeth sorted?

Q. hi, this is ruining my life as im only 19 and have loads of rotten teeth but i wont go to the dentist as im to embaressed, i was just wondering how much would it cost to have them sorted out cause i cant afford a lot at my age and all i want to do is live a normal life. thanks,
A. Your first step is to register with a dentist and see whether you get on with them.
