How sturdy are resin bonded bridges?

I lost my 2 front teeth many years ago, I had a metal plate fitted but one of the teeth that support this is now a little loose and has had root canal treatment
I am considering a resin bonded bridge. The teeth on either side are healthy. How permanant are these bridges and how much would this procedure cost? Thank you.

These bridges can be fairly stable provided you do not have a heavy bite. I cannot give you an estimate on the price
