How much would it cost to have two implants done?

I have recently had an upper left root filled molar shear off and next to it there is an old gap where a tooth is missing. I need some sinus filling as the jaw shows up as thin in the x rays. If I have both implants done at the same time would you have any idea of cost?

As a rough guide we would charge around £4500-5000 for 2 implants completed with porcelain crowns and the sinus bone rebuilding.
