How much would it cost to have my chipped front teeth treated?

Q.
Hi Dr Hussein Shaffie. Not sure if you could help me answer my small question, I’ve chipped my two front teeth quite some time ago now about five years and I was wondering if they can be fixed? They haven’t botherd me until now as I haven’t been to the dentist for a while and I’m getting quite ashamed of them. Have I left it too late for them to be sorted? Or will I have to have them extracted? And please could you tell me a ball park figure I was thinking about £1000 and could you do this for me thanks doctor.

Thank you for your question, without seeing you it is difficult to decide the best course of action, but I would probably advise veneers or crowns but depending on the size of the fractures a composite (white) filling may be possible. In the case of the fillings £ 1,000 of your budget would be ample and the veneers/crowns would be probably just in budget. An x-ray would be necessary to establish the correct treatment.
